American Spirit Riding Program offers students of all ages and riding abilities to learn to ride safely with respect for themselves, the horses, and others around them as well as learning safety and horsemanship when students are not riding.

The riding program offers several ways (both English and Western) to meet the varied needs of our students. Dressage, the foundation to all other disciplines is the cornerstone of the lesson program taught to all beginners. Body awareness, proper balance, and the understanding of biomechanics between horse and rider are the fundamentals taught to all new students, regardless of age or prior riding experience, in an easy to understand format.

Through proven techniques each student's goals are carefully mapped out with their instructor to find the best approach for each individuals learning style in order to reach their fullest potential. Whether you are a horse-crazy little girl who live and breathes anything equine, an adult coming back to riding after an extended leave from the activity, or a rider with years of uninterrupted experience, we work with you toward achieving your individual goals.

Special Lesson Packages:

Little Rider Group Package: Ages 3-6. A group lesson of 2-3 children learning horsemanship in a fun and educational atmosphere.

Fitness thru Horses Package: A multi-week package designed to help tone muscle and increase fitness levels. Ages 10 and older.

Accelerated Riding Program: Riding lessons three times per week for the rider looking to advance rapidly or get back into riding form. Ages 7 and up.

Unlimited Riding Program: Riding lessons 7 days a week - maximum of one ride/lesson per day. Ideal for those in competition of looking to advance into competition. Trailer in, board your horse, or ride ours. Ages 10 and up.

12-Week Show Prep Program: 12 week program specifically geared to getting you and your horse into blue ribbon shape prior to the show season. This program runs from January - June. Board with us or trailer in.
